Founded in 2026, the Year of the Horse
The new horsepower of commerce.
Buyers now find brands through two channels that barely existed a few years ago: creators they trust, and AI systems they ask. Commerce.horse helps your business show up in both, and turns that attention into sales.
Creator campaigns, answer engine optimization and commerce, run as one system.
-
Creators
People your customers already listen to, making content that sells.
-
Answer engines
Content and structure that AI assistants can read, trust and cite.
-
Commerce
The storefronts, offers and tracking that turn interest into revenue.
Power keeps changing its name.
Every era of commerce has run on a new engine, and each one was measured against the last. The horse came first. Then steam borrowed its name.

The horse
Moved people, products and messages. The first engine of trade.

Steam
Watt sells engines by the horse. Horsepower becomes a unit of measure.

Current reaches the factory floor and the shop window.

Distribution goes global. Every catalogue becomes a page.

The store fits in a pocket, open every hour of the day.

AI
Buyers ask instead of search. Discovery moves again.
Buyers stopped browsing.
They started asking.
For twenty years the path to a sale ran through a results page. It is getting shorter, and the recommendation now happens before your site ever loads.
The search era
Optimized for rankings and clicks.
- Search
- Click
- Browse
- Compare
- Buy
Five steps, and a competitor waiting at every one of them.
The answer era
Optimized for being the answer.
- Ask
- Answer
- Recommend
- Buy
Fewer steps, and the shortlist is written before the buyer opens a tab.
Three fronts, one system.
Creator growth
We find creators who already reach your customers, then build campaigns with them: collaborations, content, affiliate storefronts, launches and long-term partnerships.
Answer engine optimization
We structure your products, expertise and answers so AI systems can understand your business, and give it a real chance of coming up when buyers ask about your category.
Commerce
We connect it to the till: storefronts, affiliate tracking, subscriptions, digital products and the reporting that shows what each channel earned.
How the growth engine runs.
Six stages, one loop. Each one feeds the next, and every stage leaves data behind.
Your business
Products, services, expertise and brand — the raw material everything else is built from.
Creators
Creators introduce you to their audiences through content and recommendations that feel like a tip, not an ad.
AEO
That content, plus your own, gets structured so machines can read it: clear entities, real answers, consistent facts.
AI discovery
When someone asks an assistant about your category, your business is part of the material it draws on.
Commerce
Discovery becomes leads, orders, subscriptions and repeat customers, tracked back to the source.
Growth
What worked gets more budget and more creators. The loop starts again, with better data.
What we build with you.
Creator programs
Matched to your category and margins, not to follower counts.
AEO programs
The groundwork that makes your business legible to AI systems.
Commerce programs
Where attention is converted, measured and repeated.
Who this is built for.
- Ecommerce brands
- Add creators and AI discovery as sales channels alongside paid media.
- Consumer brands
- Build awareness and authority in the places buyers actually make decisions.
- Shopify businesses
- Grow without raising ad spend every quarter to stand still.
- Service businesses
- Get recommended when someone asks an assistant for a provider near them.
- Hospitality and experiences
- Turn creator visits and AI answers into bookings.
- Real estate and local business
- Own the market, the neighbourhood and the questions attached to them.
- Emerging brands
- Build this infrastructure from day one instead of retrofitting it later.
The horse is more than a name.
Commerce.horse is being built with a long-term commitment to programs that support horses and animals. As the platform grows, we intend for commerce here to create measurable impact for the animals that carried trade for thousands of years.
The technology of tomorrow can help the animals that built yesterday. That is the circle we want to close.
Build your creator network.
Become discoverable to AI.
Tell us what you sell and who you sell it to. We will come back with the creators worth working with, the questions your category is being asked, and what it would take to be in those answers.

Privacy policy.
- Who is responsible
- commerce.horse is operated by [legal company name], with offices at [street, city, state, country]. We are the party responsible for the personal data described here. For anything in this policy, write to [privacy@commerce.horse].
- What we collect
- What you give us. When you start a growth program, apply as a creator or contact us, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, website and whatever you write in the message field.
- What your browser gives us. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page and the site that referred you. This arrives through cookies and analytics rather than through a form.
- Program data. If we work together, we also handle campaign, affiliate and sales figures. Where those include your customers’ personal data, you remain responsible for it and we process it on your instructions.
- Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and send you a proposal; to run and measure the creator, AEO and commerce programs you hire us for; to invoice and keep accounting records; to understand which parts of this site work; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.
- If you opt in, we also send occasional email about the platform. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and leaving the list does not affect anything else.
- Cookies and measurement
- The site needs a small number of cookies to function. Beyond those we use [Google Analytics 4 / Meta Pixel / none — list your tools] to see how visitors arrive and behave. You can refuse the non-essential ones from the cookie banner or clear them in your browser at any time; the site still works without them.
- Who else sees it
- Only the suppliers that make the service run: hosting, email, analytics, CRM and payment processing, each bound to use the data solely for us. Where a campaign requires it, we share what a specific creator or partner needs, and we ask you before doing so.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not hand it over to anyone else for their own marketing. We disclose it to authorities only when a valid legal request obliges us to.
- Where it is stored
- Our providers operate servers in [country / region], so your data may be processed outside your own country. When that happens we use contractual safeguards requiring the same level of protection described in this policy.
- How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: [24 months]. Client and program records: as long as the relationship lasts, plus the period tax and commercial law requires us to keep them. Analytics: [14 months]. After that we delete or anonymise.
- Your rights
- You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a given purpose, and you can withdraw a consent you gave earlier. If you are in Mexico these are your ARCO rights under the LFPDPPP; in the EU or UK they are your rights under the GDPR; in California, under the CCPA. The route is the same everywhere: email [privacy@commerce.horse] and tell us what you want done.
- We reply within [20 business days]. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to your data protection authority — [INAI in Mexico / your local regulator].
- Security and children
- We use encryption in transit, access controls and supplier vetting to protect what we hold. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the regulator within the time the law allows.
- This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn we have, we delete it.
- Changes
- When this policy changes we post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you directly before it takes effect.
